Shipping policy

At Black Dog Outpost, every order is packed and dispatched from the UK.


Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

During busy periods, dispatch times may extend slightly. If this happens, we will contact you.


Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Delivery timeframes depend on the service selected at checkout, but typical UK delivery times are:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days
• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
